Biography
Senior Associate Victor Delatour Le Morzadec advises and represents companies, senior executives and public figures in complex criminal proceedings, during investigations and judicial inquiries as well as at the trial stage. He regularly intervenes on matters involving complex technical issues or connections with ongoing proceedings before civil or commercial courts.
He advises clients from various sectors, including the pharmaceutical industry, food and beverage, investment funds, as well as banking and insurance companies.
In 2025, Victor was appointed to the Conférence du Stage, the French Bar's over 200-year-old moot court competition, which annually selects the 12 best candidates out of more than 230 applicants. As part of his duties as Conférence Secretary, Victor is involved in high-stakes criminal cases and pleads extensively before French criminal courts of all levels.
Prior to joining White & Case, Victor practised for over six years at a Parisian boutique law firm focusing on litigation and arbitration.
