Viraj is an associate in White & Case's Debt Finance practice and is based in the New York office. His experience includes advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, major commercial and investment banks and direct lenders on a wide range of debt financing transactions, primarily in the context of domestic and cross-border leveraged financings.

Prior to joining White & Case, Viraj worked as a banking and finance attorney in India.
