Biography
Wicy Wang is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group, based in the New York office. Wicy represents corporate clients, private equity funds and other financial sponsors in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and equity investments across a range of industries.
Prior to joining White & Case, Wicy was an associate at a large international law firm where she advised clients in merger and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
