Will is an associate in the investment funds group in London.

With broad expertise across fund jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and the Channel Islands, Will advises both sponsors and major institutional investors on a wide range of matters in the investment funds sphere including fund formations, fund investments and co-investments. Will regularly represents major institutional investors in relation to complex fund investments including continuation funds, co-investments and portfolio sales across a broad range of asset classes.

Will joined White & Case in 2023 as a trainee, gaining experience in the Firm’s International Arbitration practice and the Firm’s Debt Finance practice in London. He also spent six months in the Firm's Geneva office in their Disputes team.
