Overview

Xuefeng is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Group based in New York and a core member of the Global Mining & Metals Group. Xuefeng primarily advises on project development and financing, joint ventures and sovereignty risk mitigation in the mining and natural resources sectors. He has worked on projects and operations in Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe and the Americas.

Prior to joining the Firm, Xuefeng was a senior in-house counsel at leading Chinese mining companies, where he developed significant legal experience in acquiring and operating mining & metal assets globally.
