Overview

Yanling Guo is an associate in White & Case's Asia Debt Finance and Restructuring practice group, based in Singapore. She advises banks and corporate borrowers on a variety of domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition financings and structured financings.

Prior to joining White & Case, Yanling was part of a leading international law firm and a Band 1-ranked banking and finance team in a Singapore law firm.

Yanling's recent experience includes advising:

a syndicate of lenders in a financing in connection with a takeover and privatization of Soilbuild Business Space REIT by an entity owned by Soilbuild Group's executive chairman and Blackstone Real Estate.*
