Yolanda (Zhaoqi) Xu is an associate in the Firm's Intellectual Property group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property matters with an emphasis on technology and patent litigation.

Prior to joining White & Case, Yolanda worked at a prominent Chinese law firm for six years, with a focus on intellectual property litigation.

Yolanda holds a JD degree from Peking University and an LLM degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was awarded the Law & Technology Certificate.
