Zachary Goldman is a real estate associate in the Firm's Real Estate Industry Group and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, based in the Firm’s New York office.

Zachary represents a broad spectrum of clients—including private lenders, developers, and institutional investors—in complex real estate transactions. He has significant experience advising on financing matters, such as construction loans, balance sheet loans, mezzanine loans, and acquisition financing facilities. 

His transactional experience spans a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, hospitality, office, and multi-family properties.
