The interview process for business services departments usually includes in-person interviews with HR team, team leaders and department head, to enable us to get to know you and allow you to get a feel for our environment. Interview questions include a mix of general motivational and professional questions. For some of the positions you might also be given a written assignment or test. The selection process usually takes approximately three to four weeks.
