Partner Hadrien Servais (Brussels) of global law firm White & Case LLP has been named one of "Belgium's 40 Under 40," a group of societal leaders under age 40 who will jointly reflect on the challenges of our society, according to the organization.
The participants were selected from among "about 1,000 applications from young leaders willing to change our society," Belgium's 40 Under 40 reported. The organization identifies the next generation of the most influential leaders in Belgium, and is composed of members from very diverse backgrounds, sectors and experiences, including active entrepreneurs, community leaders and opinion shapers.
Servais has extensive experience advising major investment banks, private capital providers, private equity investors and corporations on a broad range of financing transactions and debt capital structures, including cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings (with a focus on syndicated facilities and direct lending transactions), refinancings, bridge facilities, bank/bond financings, and other lending transactions. He splits his time between London and Brussels.
