White & Case advises Delivery Hero on successful repricing of US$1.3 billion term loan financing

Gobal law firm White & Case LLP has advised Delivery Hero SE, the world's leading local delivery platform, on the successful repricing of its US$1.3 billion term loan financing maturing in 2029.
