White & Case wins Antitrust Firm of the Year at the 2026 LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards

White & Case has been named "Antitrust Firm of the Year" at the 2026 LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards, in partnership with The Lawyer. This is the fifth time the Firm has won this award.

The Firm also won "Non-IP Impact Case of the Year—United States" for representing Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Regeneron Pharmaceuticals v. Amgen. The Firm secured a US$405 million-plus jury award on behalf of Regeneron for Amgen Inc.'s violations of federal and state antitrust laws and tortious interference with Regeneron's prospective business relations.

In addition, partner Jonathan D. Polkes was named "Antitrust Practitioner of the Year."

The LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards recognize "the region's most distinguished practitioners and their firms for their exemplary work in the Life Sciences legal practice" from the past year. Winners were selected after months of research and submission reviews through which the Life Sciences team aimed to identify "the most impactful cases, deals and the lawyers and law firms behind them" across the United States, Canada and Brazil.
