World Trademark Review (WTR) has named two lawyers at global law firm White & Case LLP among the "Recommended Individuals" recognized in its 11th annual WTR 1000 report of leaders in the trademarks field: Partner Stefan Mentzer (New York) and Counsel Claudia A. Smith (New York). Smith has appeared in the WTR 1000 every year since 2015.
Mentzer litigates complex civil and intellectual property matters for a wide range of clients, including technology, media, ecommerce, retail, automobile, pharmaceutical, consumer products, manufacturing and financial services companies. Smith focuses her practice in the areas of trademark prosecution and counseling, and has extensive experience with US and international trademark counseling and prosecution in industries that range from large corporations to small business owners.
