Partner and Global Head of White & Case's Employment, Compensation & Benefits Practice Henrik Patel and Associate Arian Mossanenzadeh have co-authored an article titled "Private Equity’s Trump Card With Management" published in PLI Current: The Journal of PLI Press. Tax Partner David Dreier also contributed to the article.
The article provides an overview of profits interests, including their tax advantages, pit-fall avoidance measures in deal structuring, and some of the changes and challenges presented to profits interests as a result of the new Tax Reform Bill.
