In 2018, White & Case expanded its US presence by opening a Chicago office. The city, and the Midwest more broadly, are important markets for numerous clients and home to a range of mature and emerging industries that benefit from our global capabilities. Today, our team of 60 Chicago-based lawyers focuses on financial restructuring, private equity and M&A, commercial litigation, energy and infrastructure, employee compensation and benefits, debt finance, and real estate matters, with a view to developing a full-service offering and expanding the team to more than 100 lawyers.
