Dubai is the largest financial ecosystem in the Middle East. Our office, established in 2015, helps clients execute some of the region's most complex cross-border deals, capital markets transactions and financing arrangements, and serves as a gateway for regional clients seeking global investments. The Dubai team focuses on M&A, private equity, funds, capital markets and disputes, and enhances the Firm's reach and capabilities across Africa and the Gulf region. We work closely with our Abu Dhabi office, with whom we number more than 100 lawyers, along with colleagues throughout the Middle East and across the globe.
