McDevitt explained that the "scale and complexity of the assets, the transactions surrounding them and ultimately the legal and commercial risks that our clients are going to need to navigate" have changed dramatically.
To address client needs in this evolving landscape, McDevitt said that the Firm set up a dedicated practice last year, supported by new hires across the US, Europe and Asia.
