In an article for Bloomberg Law, a White & Case team led by partners Christopher Curran and Eric Grannon and counsel Reuben Sequeira provided commentary on their victory on behalf of Toshiba Corporation in a major securities class-action case.
The article explains that the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed the orders of the United States District Court for the Central District of California granting summary judgment, denying class certification and dismissing all claims against Toshiba.
