White & Case partners Stephen Culhane and Omar Hemady published an article for SecondaryLink on the evolving role of GP-led secondaries and continuation vehicles as US private equity exit deal value has begun to recover.

While the article notes that many investors remain committed to traditional exits, the authors use data from the Firm's M&A Explorer platform to show how secondaries and continuation vehicles "now have a definitive and likely permanent seat at the PE exit table."
