White & Case has launched a Global Private Capital Industry Group led by New York-based partner Oliver Brahmst and London-based partners Emily Brown and Gareth Eagles. The new group reflects the increasing range of legal services required by the Firm's transatlantic sponsor clients and includes existing services provided to investment funds, private credit and private equity clients. Eagles told The Lawyer that it aims to create a "wraparound dynamic" for private capital clients operating anywhere in the global White & Case network. Brown said it reflects the way in which the private capital industry itself is developing.
