Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice with the addition of Airi Hammalov as a partner in New York.

Hammalov advises corporations, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including strong experience in strategic and sponsor-backed investments, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts. Fluent in several languages, she joins White & Case from another law firm, where she was a partner.

Hammalov was recognized as The Deal's "Top Rising Star in M&A and Private Equity" in 2021. She has also been appointed as the Honorary Consul of Estonia in New York.
