Nicole Daley joins White & Case as a partner in Boston

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice and Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry Group with the addition of Nicole Daley as a partner in Boston.

Daley advises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the life sciences and healthcare sector. She also advises emerging growth companies in startup and formation matters, corporate governance, venture financings and transformational transactions, spanning a broader range of industries including technology, financial institutions and telecommunications.

Daley joins White & Case from another law firm, where she was a partner. Daley also has previous in-house experience as an associate general counsel of a Nasdaq-listed global company.
