Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice with the addition of Noah Carr and Gordon Palmquist as partners in Tokyo.

Noah works with Japanese and international strategic and financial investors across a range of complex public and private acquisitions, carve-outs, growth equity, joint venture and alliance matters. Gordon advises Japanese corporate groups, financial institutions and energy and trading companies on their outbound acquisitions, divestments, carve-outs and complex infrastructure platforms. Noah and Gordon join White & Case from Freshfields, where they were partners, and each bring more than 15 years of experience in Tokyo.
