Global law firm White & Case LLP today announced that Paul Tiger has joined the Firm as a partner in its Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice in New York.

Tiger advises on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, building materials, chemicals, logistics and retail, while also leveraging his strong technology and energy transition experience for both TMT and industrial clients. He also has significant experience in joint venture and minority investment deals and special committee representations. His practice also includes counseling c-suites and their boards on the most pressing issues facing companies, including shareholder activism, corporate governance and disclosure issues, and fiduciary duty considerations.

Tiger was most recently a partner at another international law firm, where he held a number of leadership roles including as the Global Co-Head of Industrials and Head of US Transactions.
