Global law firm White & Case LLP is continuing to expand its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Private Capital Industry Group with the addition of Simone Greenspan as a partner in New York.
"Simone represents private equity and growth equity sponsors, as well as multinational companies, in a wide range of US and cross-border transactions that span everything from leveraged buyouts to growth equity investments," said White & Case Chair Heather McDevitt. "She will further expand our sponsor-side offering and deepen our ability to serve and grow our private equity client relationships."
Simone advises clients executing complex corporate transactions, including sophisticated strategic and financing arrangements. She brings deep experience advising on exits, joint ventures and structured equity and debt financings, among other deal structures. She joins White & Case from Goodwin Procter, where she was a partner.
