Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised AMCI Acquisition Corp. II on the closing of its approximately US$2.40 billion business combination with LanzaTech NZ, Inc. The combined company has been renamed LanzaTech Global, Inc. (LanzaTech), and is the first carbon capture and transformation company to become public in the United States.
LanzaTech utilizes innovative technology to convert waste carbon into materials such as sustainable fuels, fabrics packaging and other products. Its common stock began trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol LNZA on February 10, 2023.
