White & Case advises Argos on financing for Havant's acquisition of In.Te.S.A.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Argos on the senior and payment-in-kind (PIK) financings to Havant for the acquisition of In.Te.S.A. S.p.A. (In.Te.S.A.), a company that provides digital solutions for business process digitalization and trust services, from the Kyndryl group.

The transaction enables Havant to expand its offering in the digital transformation sector by integrating In.Te.S.A.'s expertise in digital trust services, document management, digital identity, legally compliant digital preservation and AI-based solutions.

Havant is a company active in digital transformation and backed by Argos Fund.
