Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Argos on the senior and payment-in-kind (PIK) financings to Havant for the acquisition of In.Te.S.A. S.p.A. (In.Te.S.A.), a company that provides digital solutions for business process digitalization and trust services, from the Kyndryl group.
Havant is a company active in digital transformation and backed by Argos Fund.
The White & Case team in Milan that advised on the transaction included partners Stefano Bellani and Luca Maffia and associates Gabriele Costanzo Piccinino and Nicola Tosin.
