Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Arlington Capital Partners (Arlington), a Washington, DC-area based private investment firm specializing in government-regulated industries, on the financing of Arlington's acquisition of ENERCON and its subsidiaries (ENERCON), marking Arlington's largest-ever platform build.

ENERCON, headquartered in Kennesaw, Georgia, delivers highly specialized nuclear engineering and licensing support and power-generating capabilities to commercial and federal customers. As part of the transaction, ENERCON will merge with Arlington portfolio company Pond & Company (POND), a full-service design and engineering firm providing regulatory-driven, highly technical services to the federal government and customers across the energy industry. White & Case previously advised Arlington on the financing of their acquisition of POND.

The White & Case team was led by partner Brett Pallin and included associates Ryan Talbott and Nick Townsend (all in New York). Law clerk Gabrielle Sanchez (New York) also assisted on the matter.
