Nick Townsend is an associate in White & Case's Debt Finance group, based in New York. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of major commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, recapitalization transactions, and other debt financing transactions both domestic and global in nature.

Nick is also an active member in the Firm's pro bono practice, focusing on civil and human rights advocacy.
