White & Case advises Atlantia on €1.5 billion financing with sustainability-linked conversion option

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Atlantia S.p.A. on a €1.5 billion financing which includes an option to convert into a sustainability-linked credit facility.

The pool of lenders included Banca Popolare di Sondrio, Banco BPM, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, BPER Banca, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Crédit Agricole CIB, Mediobanca, Mizuho, Natixis, Société Génerale and UniCredit.

The White & Case team in Milan that advised on the transaction included partners Andrea Novarese and Ferigo Foscari and associates Francesco Mozzone and Francesco Pirisi.
