White & Case advises BNP Paribas and other banks on PZ Cussons' syndicated ESG-linked loan

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas as bookrunner, coordinator and arranger, Lloyds Bank plc as bookrunner, arranger and sustainability coordinator, and National Westminster Bank plc as agent on a syndicated ESG-linked facilities agreement in favour of market leading international consumer goods business PZ Cussons plc.

"White & Case has developed a notable track record in the sustainable lending space and our team has now advised BNP Paribas, Lloyds Bank and National Westminster Bank on another highly successful syndicated ESG-linked loan," said White & Case partner Jeremy Duffy, who led the Firm's deal team.

The facilities include a term loan facility and multicurrency revolving loan facility with sustainability-linked features.
