White & Case advises BTIG, as underwriter, on secondary offering of common stock of Lifeway Foods

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BTIG, LLC, as sole book-running manager, on the secondary underwritten public offering of 3,454,756 shares of Lifeway Foods' common stock sold by Danone USA Public Benefit Corporation at a price to the public of US$19.50 per share.

The White & Case team was led by partners Drew Valentine and Adam Johnson (both in New York), and included associate Annie Serafim (Boston). Law clerk Shahmurad Lodhi also assisted on the matter (New York).
