White & Case advises Bulk Infrastructure on €410 million senior secured loan to support N01 Data Center Campus

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bulk Infrastructure Group AS (Bulk Infrastructure) on a €410 million senior secured loan arranged by ABN Amro Bank N.V., Citibank Europe plc and Nordea Bank Abp (together as mandated lead arrangers) to support the continued development of Bulk Infrastructure's N01 Data Center Campus in Vennesla municipality, Adger County, Norway.

The N01 Data Center Campus is one of the largest and most scalable data center campuses in Europe, combining access to renewable energy with strong international connectivity through Bulk Infrastructure's subsea and terrestrial fibre networks.  

Bulk Infrastructure is a leading provider of sustainable digital infrastructure in the Nordics. The company is an industrial investor, developer and operator of industrial real estate, data centers and dark fibre networks.
