White & Case advises Crown Capital Holdings LLC in Chapter 11 proceedings

Global law firm White & Case LLP is advising Crown Capital Holdings LLC and its affiliates on their Chapter 11 restructuring in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

The company's Chapter 11 filing will facilitate the restructuring of more than US$200 million of bond indebtedness, permit the company to obtain financing to facilitate the rehabilitation of its affordable housing assets in Louisiana and Pennsylvania, effectuate the recapitalization of the company's affordable housing properties, and establish a creditor recovery vehicle to pursue valuable claims and causes of action against certain of insiders and other parties for the benefit of the company's unsecured creditors.
