Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Danske Bank, DNB Bank and a syndicate of lenders on a US$500 million credit facility provided to AutoStore to support its growth efforts.

Norway-headquartered AutoStore manufactures automated storage and retrieval systems, leveraging advanced software and robotics to deliver space-efficient automation solutions for warehouses and distribution centers globally.

The White & Case team in London that advised on the transaction was led by partner Shane McDonald and supported by associates Mashudu Thidiela and Mark Oslizlok.
