White & Case advises Inflection Point-led SPAC Maywood Acquisition Corp. on business combination agreement with GOWell Technology Limited

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Maywood Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: MAYA), a special purpose acquisition company led and backed by the management team of Inflection Point Asset Management, on its entry into a definitive business combination with GOWell Technology Limited, an innovator of well logging technologies and distributor of sensing solutions for energy companies globally.

The proposed business combination, which values GOWell at a pro forma enterprise value of US$401.4 million, combines GOWell’s strong operational foundation with Inflection Point’s access to capital and public markets expertise.
