Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Kartesia Management, a European specialist provider of capital solutions for small and mid-sized companies, on a tailored capital solution to support Poggipolini S.p.A (Poggipolini) in regaining full control of the company via a share buyback.
The shares were acquired from Cherry Bay Capital Group, which in 2020 took a stake in Poggipolini through a club deal.
Poggipolini is a leading global group which specializes in the design and manufacturing of critical fasteners and precision components in titanium and special alloys for the aerospace, defence, automotive and motorsport industries.
The White & Case team in Milan that advised on the transaction included partner Stefano Bellani and associates Nicola Tosin and Clara Juliette Busin.
