White & Case advises Kryalos on sale of Italian logistics real estate portfolio

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Kryalos SGR (Kryalos) on the sale of a logistics real estate portfolio located in the Piedmont region of Italy.

The transaction, executed through the 'Mazer' fund managed by Kryalos, involved the acquisition of the portfolio by Hines through the HEPP 1 Italy A fund, managed by Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR S.p.A.

The portfolio includes five logistics assets strategically located in San Pietro Mosezzo, Orbassano and Oleggio in one of northern Italy's main commercial corridors.

The White & Case team in Milan which advised on the transaction was led by partners Giovanni Cirelli and Domenico Fanuele and included local partner Matteo Catalano and associate Francesco Speciale.
