White & Case advises lenders on financing for TES Global bolt-on acquisitions

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the existing lenders to TES Global on the bolt-on acquisitions of Teach Starter and The Safeguarding Company. 

TES Global is an international provider of comprehensive software solutions for the education sector and a portfolio company of international private equity firm Onex.

The White & Case team in London which advised on the transaction included partners Gareth Eagles and Emma Foster and associates Marco Zacchino and Hafsa Raza.
