Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Needham & Company, as the sole placement agent, on NeoVolta Inc.'s (NASDAQ: NEOV) registered direct offering of 2,100,841 shares of its common stock at US$4.76 per share.
The company intends to use the net proceeds to bolster its working capital and general corporate resources, supporting its ongoing operations and growth in the energy storage market.
NeoVolta is a US-based energy technology company that designs and manufactures advanced energy storage systems for homeowners and businesses, focusing on enabling energy independence and sustainability.
