White & Case advises Needham & Company on registered public offering of common stock of Veritone, Inc.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Needham & Company, LLC on a registered public offering of approximately 10.9 million shares of common stock of Veritone, Inc. The shares of common stock are being sold at a public offering price of US$2.63 per share.

Veritone is a leader in building human-centered enterprise AI solutions, and Needham & Company is acting as sole bookrunning manager for the offering.
