White & Case advises Sachem Head on Cooperation Agreement with Performance Food Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sachem Head Capital Management LP ('Sachem Head') on its cooperation agreement with Performance Food Group Company (NYSE: PFGC). Under the agreement, Sachem Head's Founder and Managing Partner Scott Ferguson has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors.

White & Case's Shareholder Engagement team was led by partners Richard Brand and Kiran Kadekar, and included counsel Patti Marks and associates Nicholas Luciano, Edward Ernst and Allieana Bao (all in New York).
