Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sachem Head Capital Management LP (Sachem Head) on its cooperation agreement with Six Flags (NYSE: FUN). Under the agreement, Sachem Head partner Jonathan Brudnick has been appointed to the company's board of directors.
White & Case's Shareholder Engagement team was led by partners Richard Brand and Kiran Kadekar, and included M&A counsel Patti Marks and associate Nicholas Luciano (all in New York).
