Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on Innergex Energia Renovable SpA’s US$114 million financing package to support two new battery energy storage systems projects in northern Chile, with a combined 62 MW five-hour duration output.

The White & Case Project Development and Finance team was led by partner Carlos Viana (Miami) and included associate Chris Bergan (Mexico City).
