Biography

Overview

Christopher is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Practice. His practice is focused on project finance transactions in Latin America, advising lenders, borrowers and project sponsors on the development, financing and acquisition of major energy and infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining White & Case, Christopher worked on the Project Finance team of a leading Mexican law firm in Mexico City. During law school Christopher was a Fulbright Scholar.

Christopher is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and Massachusetts.

Experience

KfW IPEX-Bank and KfW in the project financing of the 141 MW capacity Chubut Norte III & IV wind power projects in Argentina, which are supported by RenovAr PPAs.

DP World in connection with the approximately US$355 million project financing of the Posorja Port Project, a greenfield deep water seaport in Ecuador. The financing is being extended by IDB Invest, Proparco and DEG.

Neoen in the US$234 million project financing of the 208 MWp Altiplano 200 solar power plants located in Argentina, which are supported by RenovAr PPAs.

Corporación Andina de Fomento, EKF, the Danish export credit agency, FMO and SMBC in the portfolio project financing of the Villalonga and Chubut Norte RenovAr wind power projects in Argentina, which are supported by RenovAr PPAs.

KfW IPEX-Bank and DEG in the project financing of the 101 MW Pomona Wind Farm in Argentina, which is supported by a RenovAr PPA. The financing consisted of Hermes-covered and uncovered facilities.

BraskemIdesa S.A.P.I. in an ongoing representation in connection with the management, development, construction and financing of its US$4.5 billion integrated petrochemicals project located in Veracruz, Mexico.
