White & Case advises Tigo Energy, Inc. on registered direct offering of common stock

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Tigo Energy, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent solar and energy software solutions, on its registered direct offering of five million shares of common stock.

Tigo intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate and working capital purposes.

The White & Case Capital Markets team in Houston was led by partner Laura Katherine Mann and included associates Bryson Manning and Daniel Quesenberry.
