Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised TruKKer on its US$100m Series C funding round.

Several of Trukker's existing key investors, including Mubadala, have taken additional equity in the form of Series C Preferred Shares alongside the new lead investor Investcorp, a Bahrain-based private equity fund and one of the region's largest and oldest private equity investors, which took a majority of the new share class.
White & Case partner Ali Shaikley, who co-led the Firm's deal team, said: "The opportunity to act for Trukker on its Series C funding round is testament to our successful role advising on its Series B financing in February 2022, as well as the work of our Dubai finance practice which acted for TruKKer last summer on a significant refinancing of the business."
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Ali Shaikley (Dubai) and Steven Worthington (Abu Dhabi) and included partner Jonathan Langley (Dubai, Riyadh) with support from associates Philip Vavalidis, Fraser Galloway, Thomas Jacques (all Dubai) and Hugh Brunjes (Abu Dhabi).
