Representation of Goldman Sachs Asset Management Division on its acquisition of a controlling stake in leading European specialty pharmaceuticals company Norgine BV.
Representation of TruKKer, a Dubai-headquartered digital freight network, on its Series B equity and debt funding round, and on its US$100m Series C funding round.
Representation of Yellow Door Energy Limited (YDE), a Dubai-based sustainable energy partner for businesses, on the sale of a majority stake to private equity firm Actis.
Representation of the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) , a subsidiary of PIF, on its acquisition of a 35% stake in Olam Agri Holdings Pte Ltd for US$1.4bn.
