White & Case advises Vestas Investment Management Europe on €120 million Polish logistics acquisition

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Vestas Investment Management Europe (Vestas) on the acquisition of the prime logistics complex known as ‘Booster’ in southern Poland from LemonTree, for more than €120 million.

Vestas has acquired two buildings within Phase 1 of the complex, totalling approximately 50,000 square metres, which were completed in 2025 and are fully leased to diverse institutional tenants, including one of Europe’s largest temperature-controlled logistics operators, under long term agreements. Vestas has also committed to acquiring Phase 2 of the complex, which will comprise three buildings totalling 59,000 square metres and is scheduled for completion during the third quarter of 2026.

The Booster complex, which has BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification, is located in the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Agglomeration with direct access to key motorway transport links.
