Overview

Adam is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets practice in Dubai. 

His experience includes advising issuers and dealers on a variety of medium term note issuances and other debt capital market transactions. He also has experience representing clients in equity capital markets matters, and both borrower and lender clients in relation to bank lending.

Experience

Representation of the EQUATE group on the establishment of EQUATE Petrochemical B.V.'s US$4 billion GMTN Programme in October 2016 and the Regulation S/Rule 144A offering of US$2.25 billion notes under this Programme. This transaction marked the first ever Rule 144A issuance wholly guaranteed by Kuwaiti entities, the largest ever international Eurobond issuance wholly guaranteed by Kuwaiti entities and the largest corporate Eurobond offering from the GCC region since June 2014.

Representation of the Ooredoo group on the update of Ooredoo International Finance Limited's US$5 billion GMTN Programme in June 2016 and the Regulation S/Rule 144A offering of US$500 million notes under this Programme.

Representation of dealer clients, including Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, HSBC and UBS on their roles in A$ Medium Term Note issuances for various issuers, including European Investment Bank and members of the World Bank Group. *

Representation of the dealers, namely Commonwealth Bank of Australia, National Australia Bank and UBS, on the issuance of A$1.2 billion Floating Rate Notes due 9 April 2018 and A$200 million 3.25% Fixed Rate Notes due 9 April 2018 by the Bank of China.*

Representation of the Bank of China on the 2015 update of its A$ Transferable Certificate of Deposit Programme.*

Representation of ABN AMRO N.V. on the 2015 update of its Medium Term Note Programme.*
